Our Philosophy
For flexwork the focus is on “social responsibility” in combination with temporary work. Our temporary workers are assisted by our advisory, trained and developed in the flexwerkstatt workshop between two assignments, and supported by our works council members.
Our Task
flexwork helps jobseekers return to the working life, specially those who find it more difficult to gain access to the labour market.
Our Goal
Our goal is the re-integration of unemployed persons in the primary labour market. If the enterprises our temps are assigned to offer them permanent positions, we have reached our goal and our temps can join the new company right away.
